No. But NOT having verification makes me feel cold & clammy. I don’t think I would touch a loan on there that doesn’t have it.
Note to desperate borrowers: Make sure the initial interest rate you are offering is well above the ball park of being of interest to lenders. If it isn’t, you will waste your money on getting verification for a loan that will never fund.
