RateLadder 2008 Goals

Happy New Year!  Here are my goals for 2008 with RateLadder and p2p lending.

Current Expectation Goal Stretch Goal
2008 Year Ending Account Value Prosper $11,519.59 $15,500 $16,000 $17,000
Prosper Quicken ROI 10.16% 6% 8% 10%
Prosper Lending Stats ROI 3.92% 4% 5% 6%
Prosper Eric’s CC ROI 8.42% 8% 9% 10%
2008 Year Ending Account Value Lending Club $1,596.76 $3,500 $5,000 $6,000
Lending Club Quicken ROI ??? 7% 9% 11%
Per Month New Money Added To All P2P Lending Accounts   $300 $500 $700
Average Unique Visitors Per Day (trailing 30 days) 143 200 300 500
RSS Feed Readership 150 200 500 1000

I have a general p2p lending marketplace goal of trying each of the marketplaces available to me.  If I think I can do better than a bank I will continue in invest more money…  For example, I have $100 in kiva loans (0% interest) and $100 in a microplace note (3% interest).  I intend to purchase a Zopa CD, but have yet to do so.  I will invest in loanio and globefunder so that I can fully appreciate the breadth of the market, but as for if I will invest more depends on the platform and marketplace of the individual companies.

RateLadder:

Happy New Year!

Good goals for 2008.

I can certainly tell you we’ll continue to do our best to help you achieve your ROI goals with Lending Club. 10% is your stretch goal? We are going to shoot for that. Let’s see how we do.

Best regards,

Rob from Lending Club

@Rob

That would be great! Better than GREAT!

But I think the biggest hole (and the reason for my modest goals) is the current column under LendingClub ROI… Specifically, getting enough information to fill in a value instead of “???”

However, because of your enthusiasm I have raised my LendingClub ending account value and Quicken ROI goals… :)

Little Troll’s 2008 goals:

1. Poke fun of RateLadder at least once a week.
2. Contribute absolutely nothing.
3. Secretly support RateLadder by trolling him into posting more prosper analysis and graphs.
4. Get RateLadder kicked off of the prospers.org forum.
