Today we are updating the vintage curves for 12/1/2007. (Here is the original explanation.)
The number of loans required for display is 250.
There are 3 different populations shown across both count late % and amount late %.
General population. All loans in credit grade.
Loan Count Late %
Dollar Amount Late % (Net Defaults)
0 Current Delinquencies — All loans with zero current delinquencies
Loan Count Late %
Dollar Amount Late % (Net Defaults)
This month I am adding an additional population to the vintage curves. I am not going to tell you what it is. I will give you a hint… It is my current minimum extended credit criteria and it does not involve DTI, amount, groups, autofunding (or lack thereof), or home ownership (or lack thereof). This is a demonstration of the large amount of lower than normal risk loans available to the careful lender. If you are interested I would be happy to offer one on one consulting on this and any other P2P Lending topic. Rates depend on job and services range from technical consulting to lender education.
