Pimp My Listing #1 — Blessed with Triplets

I am starting a new semi-regular feature. Pimp my listing. I don’t yet know at what frequency I will post this feature. These listings will be the best of best extended credit AA-C credit grades and good rates. Most will be larger loans and most will have caught my attention. I will have bid at least once on all Pimp My Listings. Unless otherwise stated, I have nothing to gain by pimping the listing. With this listing I have nothing to gain by pimping the listing other than potentially being in a funded loan. I have bid $50 manually at 22% and 19%. If I have money, two standing orders will hit the listing at 30% funded. So without further ado… Here is the very first Pimp My Listing.

C Homeowner with SUPER clean extended credit… 12K @ 22% at the time of pimping.

Purpose of loan:
Consolidate all for one payment and interest rate and to start saving again.
I am married with a family of 4 kids. 1 daughter at age of 9 yrs and have “Triplets” at age of 4.
As you can see with the sudden blessing of triplets, money and bill paying has
come very tough. I am looking for a little help, not a hand out. I have good credit
and pay my bills on time. I have spent my savings on “fertilization in vitro process”
so we could have another child. We had to go though with it twice and of course
no insurance covers any of the cost. On our 2nd try we were blessed with a bonus – Triplets.
Posted is my favorite picture of our kids. This was taken around 3 yrs ago……

My financial situation:
I am a graphic designer full time and I do work on the side which brings
in extra money. I have been doing this for 15 yrs. I have been employeed
with my current job for 9 yrs now. My job trade is very stable and will always
have a job, so no worry’s of being layed off or un-employeed.

Other expenses: $ 200.00
= Approx. $2500. to $2600.

Listed below is my balance of debt that I will Consolidate:

*Capital One CC: $900. APR 18.8% – Usually pay around $50. to $100. month.
*Citi-Finacial Loan: $9400. APR 21.4% – Payment $325. month. (This amount is early payoff $ I just checked into)
*American General Loan: $1750. APR 20.98% – Payment $200. month (This amount is early payoff $ I just checked into)
(Citi-Fin. and American General put max amount on credit reports and not the exact payoff amount.)

These loans were for to pay off past debt.
Also for Auto repairs and some home improvements.

I am listing to borrow the amount for $12,000. @ 22% to knock out the above listed.
Also when making above payments I always pay more to pay off quickly. I will be doing
this also for Prosper loan to cut the time in HALF.

THANKS and GOD-BLESS.
