		<description>Actually, I completely disagree with your comment.  When I transfer between banks accounts the float is only 2 business days at most and sometimes 1.
Also I regularly use Paypal and they perform ACH transfers but allow the money available instantly (with a backup CC.)  I am preparing a post on this.  I am sorry you didn&#039;t like the post, but you are wrong that consumers on the Intranet that perform ACH transfers expect a 4 day delay.</description>
