One of my winnings bids had a listing cancelled during the prefunding review (thank you prosper!!). So I now have enough money to bid on another loan.
The loan it found was non auto-funding C Credit — 35% DTI — $23,000 @ 23% currently. I bid at 21.55% and there 3 days, 7 hours, and 52 minutes remaining. Here is the listing analysis for C Grade, 30-40% DTI, $15,000 to $25,000 loan amount. I will perform a full review if I end up with the loan.
| Number of Loans | Average Amount Borrowed | Weighted Average | Standard Deviation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 9 | $19,115.14 | 18.63% | 1.7% |
