		<description>I&#039;m surprised of the lender/borrower imbalance you&#039;re not really seeing.  Most real lenders (in the conventional and private money categories) are seeing a HUGE ressurgence of borrower requests but most are ill equipped to fund.  Quantity of requests is through the roof, borrowers quality is down and supply of capital is WAY down.  Not good times!</description>
