Year End Lender Statement Arrived via Email Today

It is pretty basic…  It has my information, a lending summary, a loan sale summary, and a listing of all loans held and activity during the year.  I like the monthly statements better (they usually come out around the 12th of the month).

I didn’t have any sold loans, so the only interesting non borrow specific part is the lending summary:

Lending summary

End of year principal balance: $2,807.831213

Principal payments received: $127.765027

Interest payments received: $37.629245

Late fee payments received: -

Service fees paid: $1.277648

Collection fees paid: -

The Loan Sale Summary fields: Pre-sale principle balance, Proceeds from sale, and Proceeds from forfeited group rewards.

The Loans Held fields: Loan ID, Origination date, Payment status, Principled loaned, Start of year principle balance, End of year principle balance, Principle payments in transit, Principle payments received, Interest payments received, Late fee payments received, Service fees paid, Collection fees paid, Pre-sale principle balance, Proceeds from sale, and Proceeds from forfeited group rewards.
